Meta Ads Leads

The Meta integration captures Facebook and Instagram lead form submissions and stores them in Elaris.

Setup

  1. Create a Meta app with Business type.
  2. Connect the business account and page.
  3. Configure OAuth credentials in Elaris.
  4. Subscribe the app to leadgen webhooks.
  5. Submit a test lead from Meta’s developer tools.

Validation

  • The webhook verification request returns the challenge.
  • Lead events include a page ID that maps to a connected integration.
  • Page access tokens are available and valid.
  • Test leads appear in the Elaris dashboard.
